Editorial Principles
- The language of manuscripts which are sent to the Journal should be in English.
- Manuscripts submitted to the Journal have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. The manuscripts produced from papers presented in congresses and symposiums, but only abstract of papers were been published are published in the Journal, if this situation is stated on the first page of the manuscript.
- Manuscripts should be submitted online through the Journal website.
- Acceptance of an article for publication automatically activates the Journal of Economics and Business Issues' Creative Common BY-NC 4.0 license for copyright of the article. For articles published under an open access Creative Common BY-NC license, any part of the article may be reused without permission provided that the original article is clearly cited. This provides immediate free access to the work and allows any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full text of the articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose.
- Authors own the copyright of their work published in the journal, and their work is published under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license. The author(s) retains unrestricted copyrights and publishing rights.
- For copyright of the articles that are published in the Journal, copyright is not paid to the author(s).
- The overall responsibility for the published articles belongs to the author(s) of the articles.
- Manuscripts that are sent to the Journal should be suitable for spelling and grammar rules. The Editor or Editorial Board, if necessary, has a right to require changes relevant to the form or content of the article.
Copyright and License
By submitting their work to the journal, the authors are deemed to have accepted the following conditions.
- The copyright of the published article belongs to its author under CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
- The authors authorize this Journal to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher.
- The authors grant the right to freely use the article to any third party as long as the original authors and citation details are identified.
- Nothing in this license impairs or restricts an author's right to preserve the integrity and ownership of their work.
- All commercial rights related to the article belong to the authors.
Once the review processes are completed and revised version of the manuscript has been sent by the author(s), the editor will send CA (Copyright Agreement) to the author(s) before the publication of the manuscript.
What follow is the template of the CA
The copyright for this article is governed by the terms of JEBI’s CC BY‑NC license, effective from the date the article is accepted for publication. Authors retain copyright and grant JEBI the right to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher. Open access articles published in JEBI are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) License. This license permits sharing, copying, reproduction and adaptation of the work in any size and format except for commercial use, including remixing, transforming, and building upon the work, provided proper attribution is given to the original work.
